「信仰、豐收、多情」分別代表了台灣的天、地、人，使用本土食材，並且在食用經驗中加入互動元素（邊吃邊玩是台灣夜市的特徵！）
Cooperated with Chang Ya-Ying, a professional cook specialized in naked food, food designers in YACHI transform the spirit of three topics into food.
To convey new lifestyles and eating attitude, food in YACHI are all vegan and the ingredients are all based in Taiwan. Also, the interaction experience is added into the process. which is also a characteristic in night market.
There are three topics in this event -- Belief, Fertilize and Passion, which represent unique traits of Taiwanese God, Land and People individually.

Mother of Ocean
Matsu is originally the Guard of Sailor in Fujian Province, China; With the migration to Taiwan in 17th, she also became the Guard when people sailing across the dangerous Taiwan Strait. Visually, this shot is in the color of the ocean — from the gentle white to the unknown deep blue, It symbolizes the unexpected situation on the sea. However, the shot is rather moderate on the taste —even on an unfamiliar island, people always feel warm with the accompany with Mother of the Ocean, which is immortal and trustable in an uncertain era.
By worshiping gods of the village, people used to pray for fortune, safeness, harvest from the land they live. The fertile soil harvest food only for thankful residences. The connection between lands and people is built on trust. Visually, this shot depict a scene in peace — with honey-yellow stands for ground, beer-yellow represents citizens, and the mellon-green being the harvest on the land. Audiences are expected to taste the rich flavor given by the bitterness from taiwan-beer, and the adorable sweetness from honey.

一片海轉化了一位神明的身份：媽祖原是福建南方的「出海媽祖」，隨著部分移民來到台灣，輾轉成為了「過海守護神」。 看似清涼的淺藍色海水，深處卻是暗潮洶湧，當先民們從陌生的海面過渡到陌生的土地，自然是辛酸的; 然而，在新落腳的海岬，望著平靜的月、聽著規律的潮起潮落，依然能感受到家鄉神明的溫婉陪伴。 海之母是移民心底，時代巨變中恆久的不變。
祭祀鄉土神即祭祀大地，生活於其上的人們，習慣向大地祈福、求財、保平安、保農業。 這整支酒陳述著一片風景：蜜黃中帶點青綠，青綠中漸出琥珀的色澤，其中還藏有些許透黃的結晶；沃土孕育青稻，人民與土地的感情建立在信任上，密不可分、共生共榮。
我們流著祖先的血，他們就像我們的影，默默指引，靜靜守護。 這支酒黑裡帶紅、苦中帶甜、沈穩不喧嘩。後代們與前輩休戚與共，一起感受著愛、折服與謙卑。祭拜祖先不是為了祈求心願，而是表達尊重與感謝。
When you enter a traditional Taiwanese house, you can always find an Altar for ancestors. Moreover, there are about 10 Taiwanese festivals a year aimed to worship ancestors. Rather than ask for good fortune, Taiwanese worship ancestors only to show respect and thankfulness.
Visually, the shot is in gradient from dark red to black, presenting the image of blood. The color is rather calm and humble. On the taste, its bitterness is aimed to remind people the hard time our ancestors have passed.

Taiwan is a small island with considerablly various kinds of spieces and, just like a seed, filled with mysterious and amazing features. This dish is colorful and joyful jelly with abundant local fruit filled inside, making up multiple texture and surprising taste.

Seedlings grow on the farm horizontally and vertically, which portrait an ordinary scene in country side. That is also the season with all creature living with hopes, busy but happy.
The dish SEEDLING visualizes green and fresh plants with water lotus, sesame sauce and ginger, which deliver the hotness from the sun to the mouth.

將一株株清脆植落於土地，是農忙的開始，也是台灣農人們引頸盼望的時刻。若在此時化身白鷺鷥，從天際俯視，便可望見橫橫豎豎的秧苗，望見台灣人民試圖在大自然鋪陳秩序之美。 這一道菜，我們視覺化了秧苗於水田中站立的型態; 口感是爽脆的、新鮮的; 而生薑將日頭赤炎炎的辛辣傳送到舌尖。

Field
Fertilized field has genuinely brilliant meanings to Taiwanese, which once depended on agriculture.
This dish put common crops and ingredients of Taiwan into a bite, including melon and eggplant. The base taste is familiar to every Taiwanese — soy sauce. Also, before eating it, attendances are asked to fertilize FIELD with peanut powder, which enrich the flavor and add the finishing touch.
「有土斯有財」，語重深長地暗示著台灣對於土地傳承的重視。 豐厚的土壤是和平安樂的象徵，這道料理有台灣濃濃的「土」味，使用台灣常見的主食-饅頭為基底，並以醬油為主調，慢火熬煮冬瓜與茄子這兩種台灣常見的農作; 最後，使用香菜與蘿蔔妝點大地。 別忘記用花生粉幫你的田地施肥啊！豐饒的土地會創造更豐富的滋味！

Crowded and noisy, cities are filled with sound and symbols—The off-key piano imply the garbage truck’s approach, and at 3 p.m. everyday comes an old lady yelling and selling hand-made steamed stuffed bun. We displayed this dish in a playful term — audience had to poke a hole in the paper cup to pick up the snack, which is covered with bouncing sugar that make noise in the mouth.

The connection between neighbors in Taiwan is impressive, which always start from a cup of tea and a few minutes chatting. Making tea has been ritualized and rooted deep into Taiwanese culture; in other words, tea is no longer merely one kind of beverage, but is more likely to be a spiritual object delivering concern and care to others.
