Food Design Project
Night market is a collaborative experience shared by all the Taiwanese, and at the same time being a highly recognized culture in the world.
However, it aroused when Taiwan is in bad economic and is actually not sanitary and eco-friendly.
What can night market be like in the future?
We extracted positive experience out of traditional night market, and present the blessing spirit of Taiwan.

夜市親民、大眾化，是台灣人民成長的共同經驗，然而，他其實是台灣早期經濟不佳時延伸的飲食文化 ; 近年來，夜市悄悄轉型，如今的他身為觀光重鎮，是台灣形象的輸出地。
「我們想要台灣被怎樣認識呢？」
雅琪Yachi是一種對未來夜市的發想，從三大主題「信仰」、「豐收」、「多情」切入，講述台灣的天時、地利、人和。
歡迎蒞臨雅琪，一場由夜市文化延伸的五感體驗實驗。
在2016年11月，雅琪與伊日藝術基金會合作，負責年度藝術自由日的藝術家之夜，為來自四面八方的藝術家與收藏家準備餐點與體驗。

to present on the artist night of Free Art Fair in 2016, Taipei, which invited 200 artists and collectors from all over Taiwan to join in.
